At Emmedi production department, we operate on a double-shift rotation for a total of 16 hours a day.
Please note: at night, the robots continue to operate and perfom unmanned tasks and precision production. This makes Emmedi a fast, punctual and versatile supplier.

Cylinders for all kinds of applications
Heads, pistons, bottoms, bushings and rods make up the major part of Emmedi production. Our production is especially well suited for components used for the assembly of hydraulic cylinders of all kinds, from hydro guides to crane arms to forklifts… Basically, Emmedi can manufacture parts for all the applications a cylinder can have.
Metrological room for quality control
Before starting mass production, we check key components in the metrology room, which is kept at a constant temperature to achieve maximum precision. Metrology reports are provided in accordance with all costumer specific requirements.
